According to the report published by Tom Powell of Evening Standard online news.

President Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas on November 22,1963.On the same day, a CIA officer in Paris gave a  Cuban asset a pen rigged with a syringe.

“The evidence indicates that the meeting was under way at the very moment President Kennedy was shot”the document says.

The plot was one of many considered by US defense forces to remove Castro, who was feared by Kennedy as detailed in the files.

“We cannot overemphasize the extent to which responsible Agency officers felt themselves subject to kennedy administration’s severe pressures to do something about Castro and his regime”the report says.

The release of more than 13000 records by US National Archives is the fourth release of documents this year.

Most of the overall collection comprising about five million pages of records has been released to the public but some documents have been withheld over the years to protect individuals intelligence sources and methods and national security.

The latest documents are being released according to a law that President George H.W.Bush signed on October 26,1992.

That law required all records related to the assassination being released 25 years, unless the president says doing so would harm intelligence, law enforcement, military operations or foreign relations.

Last month, on the 25-year deadline,President Donald Trump wrote in a memorandum that he had”no choice” but to agree to requests from some government agencies to continue withholding certain information.

Mr.Trump, however, directed agencies to again review each of their redactions during the next 180days.

He said agency heads needed to be extremely circumspect in recommending that information still needed to be withheld from the public.

Government agencies have until March to tell the National Archives why any part of their records should still be redacted.

The records included in this latest public release have not been re-reviewed by the agencies as part of the process.

QUEEN AND ROYAL FAMILY ATTEND THE ANNUAL ROYAL FESTIVAL OF REMEMBRANCE ON ARMISTICE DAY. — (3 Minutes Read).

In a report presented by Nicola Harvey of “The Telegraph” on the 11th of November 2017.

The Queen and other members of the Royal Family are marking the Armistice Day by celebrating the centenaries of women’s service in the Regular Armed Forces.

This year the Royal Festival of Remembrance is being held at the Royal Albert Hall where the Battle of Passchendaele, the creation of the commonwealth War Graves commission and the 100th birthday of forces’ sweetheart, Dame Vera Lynn, will be remembered.

It will also commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Battle of El Alamein and the creation of RAF Regiment.

The Queen is joined by the Duke of Edingburgh, the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall, and the Duchess of Cambridge who is pregnant with her third child.

The event at the Royal Albert Hall id being hosted by its president John Moyniham and Air Marshal David Walker, President of the Royal British Legion.

Other events taking place, as the UK marks Armistice Day, include an outdoor service of remembrance within the walls of the Armed Forces Memorial at the National Memeorial Arboretum in Stadforshire.

The Western Front Association is holding its annual service of remembrance at the cenotaph in Whitehall on Saturday, where a two-minute silence will be held and wreaths laid.

On Sunday, the Queen will watch from a balcony along with the Duke of Edingburgh as Prince Charles lays a wreath on her behalf at the Cenotaph.

The Prince will then lead the nation in honouring the country’s war head in what is believed to be the first time the Queen has broken with tradition and not performed the symbolic duty when at the Whitehall service.

The change is seen as an example of the subtle shift of head of state duties from the 91-year-old sovereign to the heir of the throne.

A two minute silence took place at 11am and wreaths were laid at the foot of the Whitehall Memorial by Senior royals and political leaders including Prime Minister Theresa May and Labour Leader Jeremy Corbyn.

The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh watched the service from a Foreign and commonwealth balcony along with the Duchess of Cornwall.

The Duchess of Cambridge, countess of Weaaex and Princess Alexandra watched from a second balcony, looking on in sombre contemplation.

For Royal-watchers,the Cenotaph ceremony will have been a significant moment as the heir of the throne represents his mother in one of the key public duties of the year.

Announcing the decision last month, Buckingham Palace said the Queen wished to be by her husband side of the balcony and had asked the Prince to lay a wreath instead.

The Duke’s equerry laid his wreath, before the Prince laid his own wreath, his second of the day.

The Duke of Cambridge, Prince Harry, the Duke of York laid their own wreath together, followed by the Earl of Wessex, the Princess Royal and the Duke of Kent.

Other political figures laying wreaths included Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, Liberal Democrats leader Vince Cable, and commons speaker John Bercow.

The firing of gun marked the end of silence, and The Lat Post was sounded by the Buglers of the Royal Marines before the wreath was laid.

Prince Charles has laid a wreath before on behalf of the Queen in 1983 when she was out of the country, and when the Queen was in South Africa in 1999 she laid a wreath at the cenotaph in Durban.

This year marks the centenaries of women’s service in the regular armed forces, the Battle of Passchendaele and the creation of the commonwealth War Graves commission, as well as the 100th birthday of forces’sweetheart, Dame Vera Lynn.

It also marks the 75th anniversary of the Battle of El Alamein and the creation of the RAF Regiment.
